本畢業論文探討建築在城市遊民議題上的參與：通過添加第二層表面到現有的公共基礎設施，為香港深水埗的露宿者設計一個時間性的房屋網路。
現有無家者的生態環境先被測繪成六個交織緊扣的支持層，例如睡眠熱點和免費食物供應；典型的房屋被分解成獨立元件並應用在整個社區的基建上，形成房屋網路。
這系列的措施提供一個讓無家者在城市內生存的策略，容許與大眾共存；同時促進政府反思和重新設計公共設施；及批判現時的反遊民政策。

This thesis designs an atemporal housing network for the homeless in Sham Shui Po by modifying existing public infrastructure. The typical model of supportive housing, is broken down into its separate components for example, bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom. These functions are applied across the district to various public infrastructure at different scales, to form a time-based housing network.
The project explores how architecture participate in urban homelessness by mapping out the existing urban ecology of the homeless into six interlacing layers of supporting network, such as sleeping spots and network of free food supply, in Sham Shui Po that includes both physical and intangible constituents.
By adding a second skin to the existing infrastructure, this can be more intensively utilized, and multivalent for both street sleepers and other public users. The series of interventions provide a strategy for enabling the survival of the homeless and a formal co-existence with others within the city; and facilitate the government’s rethinking and redesign of public provisions. These designs offer a critique on the government's anti-homeless policies.
